2025 lent/Easter services & Activities

Take a look at what's happening during Lent below. Lent is a penitential liturgical season within the church calendar that begins on Ash Wednesday, March 5th and concludes with the sacred Triduum of Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday. This is always the 40 days leading up to Easter. It is a time of "self-examination and repentance; by prayer, fasting, and self-denial; and by reading and meditating on God's holy Word” (BCP, p. 265).
